A couple days ago.. Finally beat my over head press plateau: 3x5 65lbs. Next to conquer my deadlifts again.. Massively failed my attempt yesterday. Also, on the plus side, brandee's class made me realize my running jump is further than I expected :)Oh! And im back to my max of 7 pullups! Yay
